The firm, established in 1949 with Antonio Pavan, aided by his sons Gianluigi and Carlo, initially operated in the area of the three Venetias and from 1961 began working abroad. Today the PAVAN CAFFE is one of the most important exporters in Germany, Poland and Czech Republic. New distributors in Croatia, Lettonia to be activated soon. "We can guarantee" - explains Carlo Pavan - "high quality coffe, a completely natural product that has not undergone any kind of treatment, a blend of the best types of coffee, and particularly aromatic. The coffee is imported from Central America, Brazil and Africa: it arrives green and is roasted, blended and packaged in our factory in Vittorio Veneto, according to the best production traditions. Our absolutely pure products are used by ice-cream shops to prepare ice-creams and ice-cream cakes with coffee."
